2) The high energy and high ozone UV beam is used to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen. Because the positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen are unbalanced, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone. UV+O2 → O -+O * (free oxygen) O+O2 → O3 (ozone). It is well known that ozone has the oxidation effect on organic matter and has an immediate effect on the removal of industrial waste gas and other irritating odors.
3) After the odor/industrial waste gas is introduced into the purification equipment by the exhaust equipment, the purification equipment uses high-energy UV light beam and ozone to carry out cooperative decomposition and oxidation reaction on the industrial waste gas, so that the industrial waste gas can be degraded into low molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide, and then discharged out of the room through the exhaust pipe.
4) The high-energy UV beam is used to split the molecular bond of bacteria in industrial waste gas, destroy the nucleic acid (DNA) of bacteria, and then carry out oxidation reaction through ozone to achieve the purpose of deodorization and killing bacteria.
