UV photocatalytic equipment
Photooxygen catalytic oxidation uses a specially made high-energy and high ozone UV beam to illuminate the exhaust gas, so that the molecular chain of organic or inorganic macromolecular odor compounds can react with ozone under the irradiation of high-energy UV beam to generate low molecular compounds, such as co2, h2o, etc.

Scope of application

Oil refining, petrochemical industry, medicine, fertilizer, domestic sewage treatment, aquatic product processing, livestock processing, leather, bone glue, fecal treatment, explosives, printing plants, etc.
1) UV photo oxygen microwave deodorization equipment Irradiate the industrial waste gas with a special high-energy and high ozone UV beam to split the molecular chain structure of odor/industrial waste gas, such as ammonia, amine, hydrogen sulfide, methyl sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide and styrene, sulfide H2S, VOC, benzene, toluene, xylene, etc, Under the irradiation of high-energy ultraviolet beam, it is degraded and transformed into low molecular compounds, such as CO2, H2O, etc.
2) The high energy and high ozone UV beam is used to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen. Because the positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen are unbalanced, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone. UV+O2 → O -+O * (free oxygen) O+O2 → O3 (ozone). It is well known that ozone has the oxidation effect on organic matter and has an immediate effect on the removal of industrial waste gas and other irritating odors.
3) After the odor/industrial waste gas is introduced into the purification equipment by the exhaust equipment, the purification equipment uses high-energy UV light beam and ozone to carry out cooperative decomposition and oxidation reaction on the industrial waste gas, so that the industrial waste gas can be degraded into low molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide, and then discharged out of the room through the exhaust pipe.
4) The high-energy UV beam is used to split the molecular bond of bacteria in industrial waste gas, destroy the nucleic acid (DNA) of bacteria, and then carry out oxidation reaction through ozone to achieve the purpose of deodorization and killing bacteria.

Application industry

The purification and odor elimination of harmful organic waste gas volatilized and leaked from painting, printing, electromechanical, household appliances, shoemaking, plastics and various chemical workshops can be applied to organic waste gas with low concentration, which is not suitable for direct combustion or catalytic combustion and adsorption recovery treatment, especially for treatment occasions with large air volume and low concentration, and can obtain satisfactory economic and social benefits.
