Precautions for treatment of different gases
Combustible gas treatment
(1) For the discharge of combustible gas, if the discharge volume is large, the place with fewer people shall be selected as far as possible, and fire, sand and water shall be prohibited around.
(2) To discharge the combustible gas in the cylinder, the staff shall stand at the side of the air outlet to operate, so as to prevent the gas from spraying and hurting people.
(3) When the combustion method is used for treatment, a pressure reducing valve shall be installed to control the speed of combustible gas, and the gas shall be slowly released as far as possible to fully burn in the combustion device.
Treatment of toxic gas
(1) When handling toxic gas, the staff must wear gas masks, gloves and other labor protective equipment. Personnel irrelevant to the handling work are not allowed to enter the toxic gas treatment area.,
(2) The direct discharge of a small amount of toxic gas into the atmosphere must be carried out in a remote place as far as possible with the consent of the relevant department. The concentration at the control outlet should be diluted below the allowable discharge concentration.,
(3) Absorbents and adsorbents used in the treatment of toxic gases shall be used only after their effectiveness is ensured.
Treatment of combustion supporting gas
(1) The powder, petroleum, grease and combustible substances adhering to the container valve or the appliance can only be treated after the bottom is cleaned. Che
(2) It is strictly prohibited to treat combustion supporting gas and combustible gas in the same place or nearby to prevent explosion accidents. or
(3) There should be no fire source, combustibles and explosives around the processing of combustion supporting gas.
Inert gas treatment
Although the inert gas is not dangerous, the accumulation of a large number of inert gas will reduce the oxygen content around, thus suffocating people.
(1) Discharge in an appropriate place outdoors.
(2) If the cylinder or instrument is indoor, connect the exhaust duct to lead it to the outdoor for slow discharge.
