Application of ultraviolet ray in direct irradiation sterilization of food raw materials

Microwave electrodeless Ultraviolet water treatment equipment It is directly used for irradiation sterilization of some food raw materials as follows:

(1) In the bread factory, the surface of bread is mildew proof, and the surface of custard pie is sterilized.

(2) High concentration syrup storage tank is easy to grow mold because the concentration of condensed water drops on the surface, and can be irradiated by ultraviolet light to prevent mold growth.

(3) The spores of Bacillus stearothermophilus (about 10/g) attached to the granulated sugar grains were subjected to the ultraviolet sterilization test. The granulated sugar was spread into a 4mm thick thin layer, and the irradiation time was 30min to kill it. This is because the surface of granulated sugar crystal reflects ultraviolet light. If the sugar layer is vibrated, the irradiation time can be shortened.

(4) The sausage surface can be sterilized with high-performance ultraviolet lamp. If the irradiation intensity of 40mW/cm2 is used, the bacteria on the smooth surface of the sausage can be killed within 5s.
