(1) All metals in contact with water in the open channel UV disinfection module are 304 stainless steel.
(2) The power supply socket and the UV lamp wire laying in the system are enclosed in the UV lamp module assembly, so they will not be exposed to sewage and UV light water.
(3) The ultraviolet lamp tube is placed in the quartz sleeve, which can protect the ultraviolet lamp tube. The quartz sleeve is completely immersed in the open channel, and the electrodes of all UV lamps are completely immersed in sewage. The positive and negative electrodes of the lamp are naturally cooled by sewage, so as to ensure that the positive and negative electrodes of the lamp work at the same temperature.
(4) The parts and spare parts of the equipment shall be processed according to the design tolerance value, and the parts and components of the same product can be interchanged.
