Breeding sterilization equipment The UV intensity of each point in is different: if the water can achieve good radial mixing when passing through the reactor, then almost equal UV radiation dose will be obtained in each unit volume of the entire chamber. However, if the mixing is not sufficient, and some water gets a higher dose and some water gets a lower dose, some bacteria or viruses cannot get enough inactivation dose after passing through the reactor.

breed Sterilization equipment During the disinfection process, the water body mainly passes through three flow sections: the inlet section, the disinfection section and the outlet section. The disinfection of bacteria in water is mainly completed in the disinfection section. However, as far as the current technology is concerned, a layer of water layer is formed around the quartz glass tube immediately after the non sterile water enters the chamber. The position of water layer and lamp tube is relatively fixed. In most processes, keep the streamline parallel to the UV lamp, that is, the water flow close to the UV lamp is still close to the UV lamp, while the water flow far away from the UV lamp is usually still far away from the UV lamp, and the distance between the water flow and the lamp is roughly the same.

When the ultraviolet light emitted by the lamp passes through the water layer, the intensity decreases exponentially with the increase of the depth of the water layer. Thus, in order to achieve a high disinfection effect in the sterilizer, people have to use the ultraviolet radiation dose that can be obtained by microorganisms in the water layer far away from the ultraviolet lamp to determine the smaller radiation intensity when calculating the required ultraviolet radiation dose to design the sterilizer. At the same time, the ultraviolet radiation dose obtained from the water layer between the quartz glass tube must be higher than the dose required by the microorganism. The closer to the quartz glass tube, the higher the radiation dose obtained from the water, and the greater the energy waste. This is the structural defect of the existing commercial sterilizer.
