Product Introduction


Microwave thawing The equipment is different from the traditional heating and thawing equipment. The characteristics of the traditional thawing are: water thawing and natural thawing. The energy is mainly transferred through heat conduction. Because the heat conduction mode heats the material surface first, the frozen product surface is easy to be heated to generate water, which reduces the heat conductivity and slows the thawing speed.
Features of microwave defrosting equipment: microwave source with frequency of 2450MHZ or 915MHZ is used. When heating, the microwave penetrates the inside and outside of the material and heats it at the same time. No heat conduction is required. It can be unfrozen with packaging, which is fast, low in energy consumption, and environmentally friendly. The unfreezing requires few operators and the working environment is good.

Scope of application

Microwave freezer is applicable to: meat, fish, poultry, fruit thawing and continuous thawing processing system for frozen baked products. The defrosting time can be reduced from several days to several minutes, and the temperature required for further processing of the product can be controlled at the same time. From any low temperature state to - 2 ℃ or - 4 ℃. Product features: fast, uniform temperature, temperature can be controlled, but the thickness of frozen products cannot be greater than 5cm.
