Microwave electrodeless ultraviolet sterilization equipment With its special process, materials and low-voltage and high-intensity ultraviolet lamp as the core, UV-C can kill almost all known bacteria and parasites in a few seconds with sufficient dose by using its sterilization ability.

UV disinfection technology has the characteristics of rapid, low operating cost, no secondary pollution, and is rapidly applied in the treatment of reclaimed water and sewage.

The UV chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, and the internal and external surfaces are polished. The chamber is welded by stainless steel tube and stainless steel flange, and the ultraviolet lamp tube and quartz sleeve are arranged inside the chamber. When the water flows through the chamber, the bacteria and viruses in the water can be killed by ultraviolet radiation. The working pressure of this chamber is not more than 0.6MPa.

Ideal Ultraviolet disinfection equipment Without considering the influence of fluid dynamics, the theoretical UV dose is the sum of the UV dose output by each UV lamp in the UV disinfection system. In sewage disinfection, the disinfection effect is determined by the effective ultraviolet dose that can be absorbed by microorganisms in sewage under the consideration of fluid dynamics. The efficiency of UV disinfection equipment (i.e., effective UV dose/theoretical UV dose) varies due to different structural design, different lamp layout, and internal water conservancy conditions of the equipment. The efficiency of UV disinfection equipment of different equipment manufacturers varies greatly, ranging from less than 50% for low efficiency to more than 70% for high efficiency. Therefore, the number of lamps used in the UV disinfection system cannot depend on the UV output energy of a single lamp, and the utilization rate of UV energy of the UV disinfection equipment should be considered.
