Key points of construction and installation

1. It is not easy to install ultraviolet disinfectant on the outlet pipe close to the pump to prevent "water hammer" phenomenon when the pump stops, thus damaging the quartz glass tube and the ultraviolet lamp tube. Note: When the power is cut off suddenly or the valve is closed too fast, the water hammer is called water hammer, because the pressure water flow has inertia, producing water shock waves, just like hammering.

2. It shall be installed in the direction of water inlet and outlet.

3. The ground should have a foundation higher than the building. When there is foundation, it is generally 30-50cm higher than the ground (large sterilizer).

4. The sterilizer and its connecting pipes and valves shall be firmly fixed. Do not allow the UV sterilizer to bear the weight of pipes and fittings.

5. The installation of ultraviolet sterilizer shall be convenient for disassembly, repair and maintenance, and materials affecting water quality and sanitation shall not be used at all pipe connections.

6. When installing ultraviolet disinfectant, a space distance of more than 1M should be left on both sides.

7. If the disinfection equipment is not used for a long time, please place it in a dry and rainproof place. (Suggestion: Start up and operate the equipment for a period of time in each phase to prevent the life of parts and lamps from declining)
