The open channel ultraviolet sterilizer adopts modular design. Each ultraviolet disinfection module consists of a stainless steel lamp holder, several ultraviolet lamps, high transmittance quartz sleeves, automatic cleaning system, power distribution system and data acquisition system. The whole UV disinfection system is composed of several UV disinfection modules, which is convenient for installation, operation and maintenance.

Advantages: The raw materials used in the module are corrosion resistant 316L and 304 stainless steel. The lamp socket, power supply socket and UV lamp wire in the whole system are closed in the UV lamp module assembly, and will not be exposed to sewage and UV light water. The whole module support is made of 316 and 304 stainless steel and installed above the sewage in the open channel. Each module is set independently and needs not to be fastened above the sewage in the open channel. Therefore, when replacing the lamp tube or quartz sleeve, each module can be lifted independently without affecting other modules.

The module lampholder structure is designed by new ZHUANLI, which conforms to the characteristics of fluid mechanics, effectively reduces the loss of UV module to water flow, and has good sealing performance to ensure the safety of use to a large extent.
